"Island Breezes", 17x21 FRAMED dimensions, mixed mediaI began painting not long after moving to Florida in 2005. I was very impressed with the tropical beauty here, which is why so many of my early paintings were tropical scenes. The painting above is one of my very first paintings. I believe I started it in watercolor and then added acrylics on top of the watercolor. I framed it under plexiglas because of the watercolors.
